OMG The Best Sushi I've ever had

Posted by CuteRinoa on 5/6/2008

OMG! I went to Kuni's with my sister and cousin and i loved the place. I love the fish and salad dressing is something else. It's much better than other restaurants i've been to . The food was well prepared, the service was excellent. I will probably end up going often. Compared to other high end sushi restaurants Kuni's i think is the most reasonably priced for the quality.

BETTER TRY THIS!!!!!!!!!!

when i first got in, i was impressed the way how everything was located in this restaurant. as soon as i walked in, i saw chefs cooking. because i was so interested in Japanese foods, i sat right at the bar in front of the chef Kuni-san. i was waiting for chef to make me some fresh sushi, Kuni-san started to talk to me and i thought that was very nice of me. because i was alone and i felt like i was with my friend. the food was out and OMG!!!!! the food was extremely fresh and delicious!!!!!!!! i was very surprised with the taste because I've been to many sushi places and I've never tasted something like today!!! Amazing!!!!!!! I'm coming back this Sunday with my parents for Mother's DAY~~ !! you should definitely try some if you love sushi or Japanese food~!!!

KUNI'S SUSHI PLACE IS THE MOST FABULOUS JAPANESE RESTAURANT I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!! I WENT WITH MY FRIENDS FOR DINNER AND I THOUGHT I SHOULD RE-VISIT THIS PLACE WITH MY PARENTS ON MOTHER'S DAY FOR SURE!! THE FOOD WAS EXTRA FRESH AND THE SERVERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY KNEW EVERY THING THAT I ASKED ABOUT THE FOOD. I'M DEFINITELY BRINGING MORE FRIENDS TO KUNI'S RESTAURANT TO INTRODUCE THE AWESOMEST SUSHI THAT NO ONE CAN MAKE BUT CHEFS IN THE RESTAURANT... I JUST WANTS MY FRIENDS TO TRY WHAT I'VE TASTED~~ I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU ALL TO VISIT THIS RESTAURANT!!!

Love Love Love the place

Kuni's restaurant is another great place to visit in Chicagoland. When my son visits, we eat sushi at least once. Three times we've dined at Kuni's and other times we've dined at Tsunami . The last time he came we ate at Kuni's, which was better than Tsunami . The sushi was obviously fresh and well prepared, the edamame were delicious, and the sushi chef was friendly. The restaurant and Sushi Bar both are clean and attractive. For sushi lovers, there is a complete sushi bar where you can sit and watch chefs make your orders right in front of you. The chefs are very skilled and friendly. Everything I can remember tastes great!

Great Sushi!

I was driving around Evanston with my friends and of course we were hungry. Stopped by Kuni's on Monday. This place is great. The sushi/sashimi was delicious. I love their miso soup and toro is amazing. I've never had Boston Tuna (make sure you try that) that melted in my mouth with such flavor before and I've eaten sushi at many other places (Bentonara, Blu, etc.) and Kuni's is way up on my list. Can't wait to go again next week with my sister and cousin, aji is his favorite so i can't wait.
